Edmund Tudor, Duke of Somerset

Edmund Tudor was an English prince, the sixth child of King Henry VII of England and Elizabeth of York. He was born at Greenwich Palace, Kent, and was baptised at the Church of the Observant Friars. The christening festivities were splendid, and he was named after his paternal grandfather. His godparents included Lady Margaret Beaufort, who also gifted him £100. Edmund spent time in the royal nursery at Eltham Palace with his siblings but died at 15 months old at the Old Palace, Hatfield, during a plague outbreak. He was buried in Westminster Abbey.
