Adelolf, Count of Boulogne, was a younger brother of Arnulf I, Count of Flanders, and a son of Baldwin II, Count of Flanders, and Ælfthryth of Wessex. He was granted the County of Boulogne by his father and succeeded him as count of Saint-Pol, Boulogne, and Thérouanne. Adelolf was also the lay abbot of the Abbey of Saint Bertin at Saint-Omer. In 926, he was sent as an ambassador to King Æthelstan of England to negotiate a marriage alliance.
Adelolf died on November 13, 933, and was buried at Saint-Bertin. He was succeeded by his son Arnulf II, Count of Boulogne.
